Refund policy

Most of our items are made to order, therefore all sales are final and payments non-refundable.  If your order does contain returnable items, terms will be specified on each product's page.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and get you squared away.
